The platform should integrate discussion forums for academic, social, and program-based communication, offer a centralized Academic Resource Hub, and include surveys and feedback tools to continually assess student needs and platform effectiveness.
Key requirements include a fully functional Virtual Student Success Center, built using an established project management methodology such as Agile SDLC. The platform must leverage AI, automation, and data analytics, including natural language processing capabilities, to monitor trending issues and gauge student sentiment. Development will involve creating prototypes and conducting iterative testing to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
The contract for this initiative is set for a five-year term. All questions regarding technical or project details are to be submitted by December 22, 2025.
