The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide a Virtual Reality Training System (VRTS) designed specifically for law enforcement training. The system must be scalable and fully portable, allowing for easy setup and breakdown by users. During the delivery of training scenarios, the VRTS should operate on a self-contained network, ensuring it does not depend on any external networks for functionality.
The solution should support at least eight officers participating simultaneously in training scenarios. It is essential that the system utilizes realistic weapon platforms used by officers, rather than standard gaming-style hand controllers, to enhance training authenticity. The contract for this project will run for one year.
