DESCRIPTION


A vendor is sought to conceptualize, design, and deliver an integrated visual identity and user experience framework for the agency's Virtual Immersive Platform. The selected designer, consultant, or firm should demonstrate a proven track record in framework design, translating an agency's mission, values, and programmatic goals into a cohesive and scalable design ecosystem. The project requires a focus on future-ready design that supports accessibility and inclusivity, adhering to best practices such as WCAG compliance, and catering to diverse educational audiences.

The scope includes developing a comprehensive visual identity system comprising typography, color systems, iconography, and interaction patterns that reflect the innovation, equity, and cultural inclusivity at the core of the Global HSI Equity Innovation Hub. The design system must be scalable and include a component library for efficiency and adaptability across current and future digital products. Deliverables will be adaptable for web (React, Next.js, Tailwind), mobile (iOS and Android), large-format displays, and spatial environments such as AR/VR. High-fidelity UX/UI designs for key web screens and establishment of responsive design standards across device types (mobile, tablet, desktop, kiosk) are required.
