Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The court system in Texas is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive virtual courtroom platform designed specifically for judicial proceedings. This platform must enable judges, court staff, attorneys, defendants, and the public to participate in court activities remotely or in hybrid settings, surpassing the limitations of current general-purpose video conferencing solutions like Cisco Webex and Microsoft Teams.
Key features required include secure, role-based access; integration with case management systems; robust evidence handling; compliance with public access requirements; and seamless compatibility with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and standard court-issued hardware. The solution should be cloud-based (either SaaS or hybrid), browser-accessible with no participant software installation, and offer integration via secure RESTful APIs. The vendor is responsible for delivering all necessary software, hosting, licensing, setup, training, integration services, and ongoing technical support to ensure successful deployment and operation. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by March 23, 2026.
