DESCRIPTION


A college is seeking a vendor to provide a virtual benefits decision support software platform for its employees. The software must offer benefit enrollment guidance and advice through an interactive, self-service platform based on program data furnished by the institution. The solution should present comprehensive product features, including value-added options, multilingual support, and the ability to deliver personalized advice and enrollment management 24/7.

The platform must support enrollment and comparison for medical insurance, Medicare, dental insurance, vision plans, employee assistance programs, and should allow for cost comparisons across plans. Essential capabilities include robust enrollment management, detailed employee and employer reporting, plan comparison functionality, and advanced analytics tools. The platform must be fully configured and branded to meet the college’s needs.

The initial contract term will be for one year.
