The 418th Contracting Brigade, on behalf of the 69th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, intends to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract for a one-year subscription license for the Virtual Air Defense Systems Integrator (V-ADSI) software. V-ADSI provides a robust tactical data system capable of integrating and visualizing air defense data to ensure operational continuity for U.S., NATO, and allied forces.
Key features of the required software include interoperability with over 300 tactical data link and radar protocols—including Link 16 and JREAP—advanced gateway and multi-link forwarding capabilities, and the ability to generate a Common Operating Picture from diverse military sensor feeds. The software must be deployable on government-furnished laptops and tablets for rapid operational use.
Market research confirms that V-ADSI, developed and sold exclusively by Ultra Advanced Tactical Systems, is the only product capable of meeting the government's technical requirements. While other responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation for consideration, the government intends to proceed with this sole-source award unless a viable alternative is identified.
