Required is a virtual machine-based implementation of a tactical data link (TDL) processor that can operate on a VMware ESXi hypervisor environment. The solution should include one Red Hat Enterprise Linux virtual machine for data link processing and must support both ethernet and serial tactical data link interfaces.
