DESCRIPTION

This solicitation seeks a vendor to provide professional videography services on an annual basis to support workforce development initiatives in the Lehigh Valley region of Pennsylvania. The scope includes the creation of high-quality video content for workforce training, career services, employer engagement, participant success stories, and related events. Projects may vary from short promotional clips (15–90 seconds) to longer informational videos (2–10 minutes), as well as interview-based testimonial videos and event highlight reels.

Services required encompass pre-production planning such as concept development and scripting, on-site videography at multiple locations, filming of interviews and events, professional lighting, audio capture, camera operation, and post-production editing (including color correction, sound mixing, and basic motion graphics). Vendors must deliver final video files suited for web, television, social media, and presentations, with raw footage provided upon request. The contract period is for one year.
