DESCRIPTION

A Massachusetts-based agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive videography services. The scope of work includes recording audio, video, and photographs, video editing, animation, and the ability to record and distribute content optimized for social platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. The vendor must also be capable of producing and resizing other media content, such as boomerangs, Instagram stories, and animated gifs, and must handle video editing and animation as needed.

The vendor will be responsible for securing all required release forms for video appearances and obtaining location permits when necessary. Additional expectations include provision of stock or rights-cleared music for soundtracks, traveling to various agency properties upon availability, and supplying lighting equipment and crew as necessary. All content produced under this contract will be considered works made for hire, owned exclusively by the agency. The awarded contractor must also be able to record, cut, and edit on a phone for same-day social content needs, and must successfully pass a background check and obtain a security badge at their own expense. The contract duration is three years.
