A videography company is sought to produce a series of documentary-style videos and social media reels focused on food value chains and ecological soil health management in Virginia. The project will consist of four to six case studies, each requiring an 8 to 15-minute documentary-style video, a 3 to 4-minute technical clip intended to guide viewers to the main documentary, and both 30-second vertical and horizontal reels optimized for social media platforms.
The selected videographer should possess a proven track record of engaging with diverse cultures and storytelling related to agriculture and sustainability. Strong cross-cultural competency and sensitivity are essential, as each video will feature distinct farms and food businesses. The first case study, in particular, will involve collaboration with farmers and business owners whose cultural norms may influence perspectives on acceptable technology use. Respect for and understanding of these values and ethics is crucial to successfully fulfilling the project requirements.
Interested vendors are expected to demonstrate relevant experience, especially in highlighting the complexities of food systems and environmental stewardship through compelling visual narratives. Questions related to this opportunity must be submitted by January 21, 2026.
