The organization is seeking a vendor to provide videography and photography services for an upcoming event. The provider will be responsible for developing a variety of audio–visual materials that highlight the event, showcasing its success and active engagement of all stakeholders.
Services include creating a highlights video of up to 4 minutes capturing opening remarks, keynote speeches, the venue atmosphere, participant engagement, and the overall ambiance of the event. Additionally, the provider must produce a 1–minute social media–ready reel to quickly showcase the ceremony with a focus on key stakeholders, as well as edited clips of interviews with important stakeholders.
The work also requires production of aerial and ground–level photographs to capture the riverbanks, surrounding vegetation, and notable environmental features, ensuring a comprehensive visual record of the event and its setting.
