A Colorado-based organization is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive video recording, livestreaming, and technical support services for all scheduled council and planning commission meetings. The selected provider will be responsible for recording, livestreaming, and archiving meetings utilizing Granicus hardware and software systems, as well as cablecast broadcasting software. Duties include on-site support such as setup, testing, monitoring, and shutdown of audiovisual (AV) systems for each event.
In addition to live meeting support, the vendor will offer first-line technical assistance for Granicus systems, addressing issues like livestream interruptions, video playback errors, and system integration with agendas and websites. Additional responsibilities include assisting with the uploading, segmenting, and publishing of meeting videos within the Granicus video manager, and supporting other video or multimedia communication projects as needed.
The vendor will be expected to maintain high standards of audio and video quality, ensure stable and consistent stream performance, and quickly diagnose or resolve any technical issues that impact recording or streaming. Coordination with Granicus support for escalated troubleshooting and providing video/livestream services for additional events or special programs may also be required. The contract duration is one year.
