DESCRIPTION

An agency in New Hampshire is seeking a qualified vendor to produce an accessible web series consisting of ten videos. The process includes pre-production planning, filming, editing, and final delivery of high-definition, web-ready videos of varying lengths, with some under 3 minutes and others up to 7 minutes. The selected vendor will work closely with agency staff to discuss project goals, identify suitable filming locations, coordinate schedules, and ensure all necessary waivers for interviews and footage are prepared.

The series will incorporate interviews with participants and stakeholders, as well as B-roll and candid footage. Vendors must demonstrate expertise in videography, post-production, and accessibility standards, specifically knowledge of WCAG 2.2 to ensure videos include captions, transcripts, and audio descriptions. A strong portfolio reflecting technical skill, professionalism, and reliable communication is required, along with successful background and reference checks. Experience working with youth in educational or community settings is highly preferred.

Post-production responsibilities include adding branding elements such as logos, intro/outro slides, end credits, and appropriate royalty-free background music and motion graphics. Final videos must be delivered in multiple formats suitable for widespread sharing across social media platforms. Rough cuts must be provided to the agency within 30 days after production concludes to allow for feedback and revisions.
