DESCRIPTION
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), through the Institute for Learning, Education and Development (ILEAD), is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for video production support services. The agreement will cover production of videos, live satellite television, and multimedia projects for ILEAD's production and delivery service line.
ILEAD currently provides pre-production, production, and post-production support for video projects, including satellite television and multimedia, to VA customers. When internal resources are insufficient, ILEAD engages qualified external industry professionals for supplemental video support.
The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) pursuant to VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 819.7006. Interested vendors should refer to the RFQ for submission instructions and eligibility requirements.
