DESCRIPTION
This RFP seeks a professional video production vendor to provide comprehensive recording, live streaming, and post-production services for events in Tennessee. Services include pre-event coordination, technical assessments, scheduling, and equipment setup, ensuring compliance with agency branding and accessibility standards.
During events, the selected vendor will handle multi-camera video recording (minimum six cameras), professional audio capture, live streaming with redundancy, lighting, real-time switching, monitoring, and on-site technical crew support. Post-production responsibilities cover editing, mastering, graphics creation with agency branding, audio enhancement, and color correction.
Deliverables consist of full event recordings (both raw and edited), highlight clips if requested, closed-captioned final videos, and a digital archive copy. The contract period is one year. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 28, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by April 29, 2026.
