KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have at least 3 years of experience in the film/documentary production industry

DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to provide professional video production services, including the creation of general programme progress videos supported by infographics, real footage, and numerical data. These videos will highlight the economic and social impacts of regional investments and supports. Specific deliverables include regional and rural development videos covering areas such as clustering, demonstrations, matching grants, producer organizations, and infrastructure investments within districts and villages.

The project also requires the production of success story videos focused on nomadic communities, producer greenhouses, milk collection centers, irrigation investments, local markets, livestock markets, cooperatives, producers, and related investments. Comprehensive editing and post-production tasks are to be performed, including color grading, sound design, mixing, high-quality visual effects, and clear animations to enhance message comprehension.

Videos must be professionally voiced over, offer English subtitled versions, and be suitable for TV, internet, and social media distribution. All music used must be properly licensed for unlimited use, and audio must meet at least Dolby Digital or equivalent standards (Stereo WAV, 48 kHz/24 bit, etc.).
