DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive video production and editing services on an as-needed basis. Services include producing advertising, social media, public education, and instructional videos. The scope involves videography tasks such as principal photography, voiceover recording, conducting interviews, and capturing b-roll footage. Vendors are expected to suggest shots, angles, and compositions that will maximize project goals and create visual interest and engagement.

Post-production services to assemble raw footage into polished final videos will be performed in collaboration with the organization's marketing staff to meet specific project objectives. Vendors must supply all necessary cameras, lenses, microphones, tripods, lighting, and any additional equipment required to deliver professional-quality videos. The contract period for these services will be two years.
