DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive video production services over a two-year contract period. Responsibilities include video recording and production for departmental projects, as well as editing and post-production work. The vendor will deliver professional special effects and graphic design suitable for television broadcasts and official public communications.
Videos may serve various purposes, such as crime prevention, recruitment, social media, promotional content, and community interest. All final edited videos must be provided in approved formats (1080p or 4K), with both broadcast-ready and web-ready file options. The vendor will be tasked with producing 2–3 professional quality, broadcast-ready videos per month, with each video typically running no longer than 5 minutes. Additional requirements include professional graphics, titles, and visual effects, with one to two revision rounds offered per project.
