DESCRIPTION

The organization is seeking a vendor to provide video production and editing services on an as-needed basis, supporting advertising, social media, public education, and instructional initiatives. The goal is to produce video communications that inform, educate, and engage riders, employees, and the broader community. These videos will explain services and facilities, promote programs, support public education efforts, and increase awareness of available transit options throughout a diverse service area.

The selected contractor will be responsible for all aspects of videography, including principal photography, voiceover recording, interviews, and B-roll footage, as well as suggesting shots, angles, and compositions to maximize visual impact and project effectiveness. The contractor is expected to provide all required professional cameras, lenses, microphones, tripods, lighting, and related equipment.

Editing and production duties include assembling and editing raw footage, applying color grading, conducting audio clean-up and leveling, and incorporating motion graphics, titles, and transitions as necessary. Subtitles, captions, and English/Spanish narration may also be required. Multiple revision rounds may be needed to achieve project goals and comply with branding standards. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 27, 2026.
