DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Utah seeks a vendor to deliver a comprehensive video production series service. The scope includes pre-production, production, and post-production phases. In pre-production, the vendor will collaborate to finalize scripts and storyboards, develop shot lists for field locations, schedule filming with district staff, and prepare visual style guidelines including color, lower thirds, and motion graphics.
During the on-site production phase, the vendor will capture field operations such as main break repairs and valve isolation, document treatment facilities, tanks, pump stations, vehicles, and conduct staff interviews as needed. Licensed and permitted drone shots of key infrastructure, as well as B-roll footage for future use, are required.
Post-production tasks include editing, color correction, graphics, process diagrams, light animation for diagrams and maps, and voiceover or narrated text (no AI narration; vendor should specify available options). The addition of royalty-free music is also expected.
