Selected vendors will create informational and promotional videos that effectively highlight the Fulbright Program’s mission, impact, and notable alumni stories.

Content produced will serve as vital assets for outreach, recruitment, events, stakeholder engagement, and brand storytelling across digital platforms. Key deliverables include compelling video narratives communicating the value and opportunities of the program, as well as short-form videos explaining program benefits, eligibility, and the application process. Vendors are expected to incorporate animated or motion graphics elements for enhanced clarity and engagement.

Comprehensive production services should include professional editing, audio, and color grading to ensure broadcast-quality output. Additional requirements encompass the development of social media clips and the provision of transcripts and caption files in standard formats to ensure accessibility.
