DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Elizabeth, North Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive Milestone-based Video Management System (VMS) solution. The system must support role-based access control with granular permissions, integrate with Microsoft Active Directory for authentication and user management, and provide audit logging covering user access, configuration changes, and video exports.
The solution should also include a centralized management client for configuration and administration, as well as features for alerts and notifications regarding system failures or performance issues. The VMS must be accessible via Smart Client, Web Client, and Mobile Client, as supported by Milestone, enabling authorized users to view live and recorded video from multiple client types.
The contract for the selected vendor will span three years. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 20, 2026, and questions must be submitted by March 25, 2026.
