DESCRIPTION
The organization seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive video learning and hosting platform. The platform should enable users to create and upload their own original content, as well as purchase vendor-supplied modules or lessons to supplement learning. Hosting of created content must be supported, with options to purchase additional multimedia modules or lessons as needed.
Vendors are requested to provide an overview of the process for creating custom learning modules and lessons, descriptions of additional content for purchase, and available training resources to assist users in learning how to navigate the platform. The content management workflow should include details about the creation and upload process, supported file types for videos, images, and documents, and control over visibility settings such as the option to make content private or unlisted.
Captioning support, including auto-generated captions or available caption editors, should be described, along with the process for linking or embedding content onto external web pages. Additionally, vendors should clarify how artificial intelligence is incorporated into the content creation process within their product and outline available statistics and reporting tools.
Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by March 27, 2026. The contract period will be for one year.
