The procuring organization is seeking a vendor to provide video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design services for a multi-part video training series. The work supports the production of a 10-module instructional series focused on climate and environmental fundraising, with each module expected to run approximately 15 to 20 minutes for a total of about 150 to 200 minutes of final video content.
Scope of work includes video post-production for instructional videos, integration of presenter footage, slides, and screen recordings, and enhancement of overall clarity and visual presentation. The selected vendor will be expected to perform audio enhancement such as noise reduction and leveling, color correction, and the addition of text overlays and other visual emphasis elements where appropriate.
The project also requires motion graphics and animation to support instructional content, including items such as funding ecosystem diagrams and decision-making frameworks. In addition, the vendor will develop a cohesive visual system for the series, including title sequences, lower thirds, typography and color treatments, iconography, and diagram styles.
