The required solution must offer robust video and card access management software, featuring support for cloud storage integration, local SD card recording, and built-in intrusion detection and monitoring capabilities. The system should ensure uninterrupted recording and storage even in the event of monitoring software failure, utilizing a cloud-hosted control and data storage model.
Security is a priority, with the software expected to include features that effectively manage and restrict user account access. The vendor will be responsible for determining optimal camera placement across all designated facilities to provide comprehensive coverage. All cameras provided must be tamper-resistant, weather-rated for outdoor use, and suitable for day and night operation.
