DESCRIPTION

The client seeks a comprehensive SaaS-based Victim Information and Notification System, encompassing both the software solution and all associated services and support. Requirements include active monitoring of system operations, robust client support, incident and problem management, as well as data correction capabilities for information users cannot modify. The selected vendor will be responsible for evaluating new project proposals, performing necessary software upgrades, routine data updates, and ensuring prompt defect and bug resolutions.

Key responsibilities also include implementing routine application updates, maintaining a responsive help desk and technical support function, and upholding high security standards across the platform. The solution must support computing server software such as operating systems, middleware (e.g., Java and .NET runtimes), databases, and related hosting services. Physical data storage, typically leveraging virtual partitioning, is required for both software and operational data, with online and offline redundancy for data backup and recovery. The vendor will be responsible for the entire lifecycle process, including developing, testing, and maintaining all software components.
