The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), intends to renew a one-year OEM Service Level Agreement for the Vevo F2 High-Resolution In Vivo Imaging System used at the NHLBI Murine Phenotyping Core in Bethesda, Maryland. The scope includes one annual preventive maintenance visit, unlimited corrective maintenance, OEM-certified replacement parts, labor and travel, proprietary software and firmware updates, and technical support for both the Vevo F2 system and associated transducers.
FUJIFILM VisualSonics Corporation is the exclusive authorized provider for these maintenance services, and utilization of any other vendor would void the manufacturer warranty. Interested parties who are capable of meeting this requirement may submit a capability statement as outlined in the notice.
The purpose of this pre-solicitation is to notify potential suppliers of NHLBI's intent to award a sole source contract unless other qualified vendors can demonstrate their ability to fulfill all OEM-required service obligations.
