A government agency in Washington, DC is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive maintenance and support services for its Veritas Enterprise Vault software, version 14.0, with a release date of November 16, 2020. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering full maintenance coverage and technical support to ensure the continuous and effective operation of this critical Data Center and Infrastructure computing component.
The scope of work includes 24/7/365 technical support, prompt on-call assistance for severe business impacts, and standard business hours support for all other onsite needs. The vendor will also manage security certificates, perform maintenance upgrades, and oversee the replacement of any software as required. The contract will cover a two-year period, supporting all currently owned Veritas Enterprise Vault software and licenses.
