Mandatory removal of three existing vending machines with specific barcodes (10030036, 10030481, 10030938).
If offering recycling for old machines, provide recycling receipt and barcode tags with the invoice.
RFQ response must comply with all solicitation details and terms.
Provide three cold food vending machines meeting specified features (e.g., ADA compliant, specific dimensions, electrical, currency acceptors, refrigeration, security plexiglass).
Vending machines must meet all applicable Federal, State, and local laws/regulations (safety, seismic, energy, accessibility, health).
Vending machines must be listed by the National Automatic Merchandising Association (NAMA).
Supplier to coordinate with the visually impaired operator for machine configuration, labels, coin/validator requirements, and delivery instructions.
Deliver, install, and make operational within 5 weeks (35 calendar days) After Receipt of Order (ARO).
Provide a three-year warranty for cold food vending machines.
Provide a 90-day labor warranty from the original installation date for setup, programming, training, and any warranty repairs or maintenance.
Identify all subcontractors proposed for participation.
Delivery requires a truck with a lift-gate.
Remove all crating and packaging materials off-site.
Set up, level, and test all new machines for function.
Installation must include testing for proper working condition and training on operational features and preventative maintenance.
Vending machines are to be set in place, side by side, and banded together.
Invoices must include a complete description of each unit, delivery location, brand, model, serial number, and warranty details.

The RFQ Due Date is April 1st, 2026, by 2:00 p.m.

Equipment must be delivered, installed, and operational within 5 weeks (35 calendar days) After Receipt of Order (ARO).

Delivery scheduling must be coordinated 2 weeks in advance.

Labor warranty for vending machine units is 90 days from the date of original installation.
