The government authority located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive vending machine services. The selected vendor will be responsible for furnishing, installing, stocking, and maintaining vending machines that offer a broad selection of high-quality snack and beverage options for employees and visitors. This includes non-alcoholic beverages, food products, candy, snacks, and other standard vending items, with a requirement to include recognizable brand-name options as well as healthy and nutritious choices.
The vendor must ensure that machines are serviced regularly to maintain product freshness and prevent expired items. Additional responsibilities include keeping vending machines and their surrounding areas clean and sanitary, handling all maintenance, repair, or replacement needs, and providing a written policy for reimbursing customers for lost money. The contract will be for a period of one year, with all vendor questions due by March 31, 2026.
