The government authority in Newton, New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide vending machine concession services. The selected provider will be responsible for installing and maintaining vending machines that accept bills, coins, and preferably debit/credit and mobile payment options. Machines must be modern, clean, energy-efficient, and kept fully operational and sanitary at all times. Vendors are required to display contact information for refunds and customer service issues, and to provide gross transaction totals when requested.
Product offerings should include traditional snacks and beverages such as chips, cookies, soda, and water, with the option to provide fresh or refrigerated items where feasible. Vendors should be able to adapt product selections based on demand and location. The placement of machines will be determined by operational needs and vendor recommendations. Conveyance machines may be installed without commission or compensation to the county, with the pricing structure adjusted accordingly.
Interested vendors are required to submit any questions regarding the RFP by April 22, 2026.
