DESCRIPTION

The university requires vehicle wrapping services to be provided on an on-call basis. These services will involve designing, producing, and installing both full and partial vinyl wraps for the university's fleet vehicles, which are used to support 24/7 transportation for faculty, staff, and students. The vehicles facilitate daily campus operations, administrative travel, academic activities, student programs, and community outreach events.

The selected vendor will be expected to accurately translate provided concepts into production-ready designs, tailored for each vehicle's unique dimensions and contours. Services include developing accurate vehicle renderings, noting artwork placement, seams, and adjustments around doors and windows. Vendors must also commit to clear timelines for the design, proofing, production, and installation phases to ensure projects stay on schedule. Scheduling restrictions and coordination requirements for vehicle access will also be part of the scope.
