Procurement of vehicle-mounted programmable message signs with amber or yellow LED displays and complete installation components.

Provide vehicle-mounted programmable message signs for the TxDOT District Office in Pharr, TX.
Signs must be three-line or full-matrix LED displays, amber or yellow in color.
Signs must display two lines of information, each with a minimum of eight characters and 10 inches in height.
Signs must display a flashing arrow, sequential arrow, and sequential chevron.
Signs must be programmable by the operator to link up to three messages in sequence.
