DESCRIPTION


A government authority located in Salt Lake, Utah is seeking a vendor to provide vehicle management consultant services through a Vehicle Program Management Services Consultant (VPMSC). The consultant will support the Capital Program, which encompasses the procurement, rehabilitation, and overhaul of revenue and support vehicles, such as fixed-route buses, paratransit vehicles, light rail vehicles, commuter rail vehicles, vanpool vehicles, and non-revenue support fleet vehicles.

Services required include planning, development, and prioritization for the Capital Program, as well as project management, administration, and delivery support. Technical expertise is needed for vehicle-specific engineering and grant planning, administration, and compliance support. The scope also includes project controls relating to cost, schedule, risk, and reporting, along with quality assurance, quality control, and performance evaluation of consultants. Additional responsibilities include fleet management and lifecycle planning services.
