The project involves the production, installation, and removal of graphics for vehicles, equipment, and municipal facilities. The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring all municipal vehicles and buildings are clearly marked with recognizable imagery to enhance public recognition, promote a professional image, improve safety and security, and support community engagement.
Services will include the creation and application of vehicle and equipment graphics, as well as facility and architectural graphics. The work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with availability for after-hours and weekend installations as needed. Deliverables include timely turn-around, provision of design proofs, and adherence to specified timelines.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 10, 2026. All questions related to this RFP must be submitted by April 17, 2026.
