DESCRIPTION

The government authority in New Hampshire is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive Vehicle Emissions Inspection Management System. The scope of work includes migration of existing data from the current Motor Vehicle Inspection Management System, as well as full project management, system testing, and user training.

The selected vendor will be responsible for developing and configuring all required hardware and software associated with the implementation of the new Inspection/Maintenance (I/M) program system. Key deliverables include a detailed communication and migration plan for users transitioning from the existing I/M program, as well as providing ongoing system maintenance, support, and training for the I/M program solution and all related interfaces.

Vendors are required to ensure a seamless transition for current users and must address project management activities throughout the implementation lifecycle. Ongoing support and maintenance after go-live are integral to the project’s requirements.
