DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will be responsible for providing Veeam licensing and a comprehensive cloud-based Backup as a Service (BaaS) solution. This service must securely store approximately 10 terabytes of backup data offsite, ensuring disaster recovery readiness. Licensing and support for Veeam Backup & Replication software, VeeamOne, or an approved equivalent enterprise backup solution should be included. The solution must transmit and store data in an encrypted and segregated environment and offer administrative capabilities to monitor consumption and protection status.

The backup service must deliver 24/7/365 restoration assistance and support immutable backups, anomaly detection, secure restore options to prevent reinfection, granular restore point generation, and instant Virtual Machine (VM) recovery. Additionally, the software must enable flexible licensing, allowing the reallocation of licenses across environments. The initial contract period is one year, and all vendor questions must be submitted by March 27, 2026.
