The Naval Research Laboratory seeks to renew its VASP 6.6.x software, with an intent for sole source purchase from Materials Design, Inc., but will consider responses detailing competitive capabilities.

DESCRIPTION

The system includes a maximum 10mW HeNe laser (633nm) and a high sensitivity APD detector. Interested parties are invited to identify their interest and capabilities in providing the required software renewal. Responses should provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would benefit the Government. All received information will be considered solely for determining whether to pursue a competitive procurement process. The final decision on whether to compete the purchase order will be at the full discretion of the Government.
