The State of California is seeking a vendor to provide Variphy cloud call analytics licensing services to support Webex calling and hybrid telecommunication environments. This initiative will facilitate analytics for both on-premises and cloud-based equipment throughout the migration period, ensuring comprehensive monitoring and reporting across the organization’s communication platforms.
The vendor will be responsible for supplying Variphy Cloud Base installation for multi-platform call analytics, as well as additional unit licenses to extend analytics capabilities as needed. The scope also includes providing Variphy Cloud SBC 4 Tier and data import services to ensure seamless integration and operation. Prospective vendors should be prepared to address technical and solution-specific questions pertaining to the deployment and ongoing support of the Variphy call analytics environment.
