DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Winslow, New Jersey seeks a contractor to provide valve exercise program services for a one-year contract. The contractor is responsible for developing, planning, and executing a comprehensive valve assessment, operation, and GPS collection project. Key tasks include identification of valves, cleaning of valve boxes, exercising valves, documentation through photographic images, recording valve numbers and GPS locations, and creation of a digital Esri GPS and GIS Shape or geodatabase layer.

The project requires GIS-grade GPS locations within a 1-meter range, delivered electronically in Esri GPS/GIS Shape or geodatabase file format consistent with the Projected Coordinate system.
