KEY REQUIREMENTS

Ability to support the development, launch, and ongoing operation of a statewide State-Facilitated ACO in Hawaiʻi
Core capabilities in compliance, MSSP support, financial administration, information technology, analytics, provider onboarding, payment administration, and practice transformation
Sufficient organizational capacity, including key staff, operational infrastructure, and technology capabilities, to support implementation beginning in late 2026
Experience supporting ACOs, MSSP participation, value-based care operations, quality improvement, shared savings administration, provider contracting, attribution analysis, analytics, and practice transformation
Relevant experience in the last 10 years with all payers, including Medicaid and commercial plans
Experience administering shared savings programs, including attributed-life-based payments, provider incentive payments, shared savings distribution, pass-through fund flow administration, reconciliation, audit documentation, and related reporting

DESCRIPTION
