DESCRIPTION
The Department of Veterans Affairs RPO–E R&D intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price Contract to Rees Scientific for annual validation services of its environmental monitoring system. The contract period includes a base year and four additional option years. Interested parties may submit capability information that demonstrates their ability to provide the required validation services in accordance with the Statement of Work.
Capability submissions will be reviewed only to determine whether a competitive procurement should be considered. The government reserves the right to make awards at its discretion and will not bear any costs related to the preparation or submission of responses.
