DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Austin, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive valet services. The selected provider will be responsible for supplying all necessary equipment and personnel to implement an effective valet and parking management plan, with specific requirements finalized in coordination with the requesting University department.

The scope of services includes full provision of labor, supervision, equipment, vehicles, signage, and materials needed for valet and parking operations. This encompasses parking flow and traffic management, staffing of parking lot and garage attendants, traffic control, temporary valet and parking signage, as well as the provision of golf cart rentals with certified operators.
