The government authority in Coral Springs, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide valet parking services for scheduled events at a facility for the arts. Services will be required on an as-needed basis, with event dates and times to be scheduled accordingly.
The selected vendor will be expected to provide both VIP valet parking with specially designated parking and standard valet parking services. Responsibilities include maintaining a consistent traffic flow to avoid excessive vehicle stacking, assisting patrons with their vehicles, reporting hazardous conditions, managing electronic pre-payment systems, and preparing written reports as required.
