The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Little Rock District is requesting qualified contractors to provide turnkey design-build services for a new VA Personal Security Adjudication Center (PSAC) at the Eugene J. Towbin VA Healthcare Center campus in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The proposed facility will be a two-story building with a minimum space requirement of 10,000 square feet, with possible expansion options to 12,000, 14,000, or 16,000 square feet based on project needs.
The facility is intended to accommodate approximately 75 full-time employees, ensuring a functional and efficient workspace. The design also incorporates a secure, dedicated, and gated parking lot capable of housing up to 50 vehicles, including accessible parking options. Contractors should demonstrate expertise in design-build construction, with an emphasis on secure government facilities.
This project represents an opportunity to deliver a critical infrastructure component that supports the VA's personnel security adjudication functions, with flexibility for future expansion. Prospective contractors must be prepared to handle both the design and construction phases, providing a seamless project from concept to completion.
