The Naval Air Systems Command, through the V-22 Joint Program Office (PMA-275), intends to award a sole-source delivery order to Raytheon Company for the sustainment of the Fiscal Year 2027 V-22 Tactical Software Suite (TSS). The scope encompasses engineering, management, technical, and acquisition support for software sustainment activities related to V-22 Problem Reports (VPRs).
The selected contractor will perform software product updates, qualification testing, integration into the air vehicle, airworthiness validation, flight test demonstrations, and overall validation and verification in support of the Fleet Software Release for MV/CMV/CV-22 aircraft. The anticipated period of performance for these tasks is two years, with a planned award date of May 31, 2027.
This effort continues Raytheon's ongoing support of the V-22 program and will be carried out under the statutory authority for sole source procurement. The Government may consider capability statements submitted within fifteen days of synopsis publication to determine if a competitive procurement is feasible.
