DESCRIPTION

A Texas-based organization is seeking vendors to provide and implement a utility ticket management system. The solution should automate ticket intake from state 811 systems, manage ticket distribution, assign tickets to locators based on predefined supervisor-determined areas, and facilitate real-time tracking and reporting. The system must integrate with GIS and mapping tools, as well as other key operational systems, ensuring seamless workflow integration for utility locators, supervisors, and administrative teams.

Key features include an automated ticket intake form, automated ticket assignment, real-time notification and alert systems, work order management, role-based access control, device compatibility, geospatial mapping, and multi-utility support. The system must also support positive response integration, data reporting and analytics functions, ticket investigation tools, an emergency notification system including phone notifications for emergencies, and various communication and collaboration tools.

Vendors interested in responding should ensure their system addresses these detailed requirements and supports robust integration with existing tools. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by April 15, 2026.
