DESCRIPTION


The City of Staunton, Virginia is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct a comprehensive utility rate study on water, wastewater, and solid waste services. The scope of work includes analyzing annual billing system reports detailing charges and revenues, as well as reports identifying the largest water and sewer customers.
