The General Services Administration (GSA) is conducting market research to identify qualified contractors capable of providing audit support services for utility invoices. The scope focuses on auditing invoices for electricity, natural gas, and water. This process is in alignment with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to ensure thorough market research before developing new acquisition requirements.
