DESCRIPTION


A government authority located in Washington, DC is seeking a vendor to provide utility invoice audit services, including the review of electricity, natural gas, and water bills to ensure their accuracy. The selected vendor will be responsible for auditing and correcting invoices, as well as obtaining bill credits or recovered funds from utility or energy suppliers on behalf of the federal agency when errors are identified.

Additionally, the vendor must maintain comprehensive and easily accessible electronic records for all agencies covered under the contract. Required formats include Excel and PDF files. The vendor will also be expected to deliver regular status reports on contract activities to both the GSA and participating agencies at least on a quarterly basis.
